• Return Process: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

• Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

• Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred item is not in stock, we will issue a refund instead.
